These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between dbdt222 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses or uses the services made available at https://dbdt222.net. • Money laundering or using the platform for any form of financial crime;
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity without authorisation;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbdt222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned or unplanned;
• The loss of any bet, bonus, or balance resulting from a technical fault, connectivity failure, or force majeure event;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dbdt222's liability for death or personal injury arising from our own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through dbdt222's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players agree that any claim must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
